Worst AR you ever owned

I built a budget AR during the panic buying using whatever parts were in stock. But sadly, nothing was in spec..the bolt wouldn't lock back, it wouldn't cycle steel case and it also keyholed at 25 yards. That’s what happens when mixing the cheapest possible parts from 6 different manufacturers, you create a Frankenstein that hates you. I ended up replacing everything except the lower.

I’ve had great luck with ar’s so far. (Knock on wood) They are both Palmetto State Armory. One is a 300 blackout pistol and runs super sonic and sub sonic with no issues. Pistol was $475 rifle was $550. Not exactly what the thread asks, but this is my experience with budget ar’s. Mini 14, however, don’t get me started!
