Weekends are always crazy busy. I once took Tuesday off to go hunting and had the whole place to myself. Do you ever hunt during the week if you can?
 
Weekdays are golden and there is way less pressure and deer don’t seem to notice humans as much.
 
Us ol' retirees own M - F, so y'all just keep hammering away on those weekends! Shoot, we even have Sunday hunting now on private land after lobbying for it for 20+ years!
J/K, I do enjoy middle of the week and have even switched up to middle of the day.... - surprising what you see.....
 
I’ve done a few weekday hunts and honestly the peacefulness alone makes burning a vacation day worth it.
 
My days off are Thursday and Sunday, so I hunt with Grandson on Thursday and friends Sunday (and Saturday afternoon if I can sneak out early)
