EOTech XPS Holographic Sights

I've got my eye on an EOTech XPS 2. I have some astigmatism and I use a couple of prism sights (Vortex). I'm thinking the holographic sight may be similar or better. Does anyone here own one of these, and if so, what is your opinion?

I have a Holosun with 3X magnifier on an AR and love it. Sorry, no experience with the EOTech.

I've heard good things about the EOTech XPS2. With astigmatism, holographic sights often handle starburst better than red dots. If you've tried prism sights with success, this might be a worthwhile upgrade

I think eotech are inherently good. I would recommend looking through one before buying. Keep in mind your astigmatism may get worse. Mine has.

I think EOTechs aren't necessarily better for astigmatism. Prism sights often perform just as well or even clearer, yet many shooters spend extra money assuming the holographic option is automatically superior
