Hello from Charlotte

I'm what the younger folks refer to as a Boomer. I'm also one of those damn Yankees who moved down here to the Charlotte area almost 22 years ago and never looked back. I've been a lifetime member of the NRA since the mid 80s, currently at Endowment Level, and a lifetime member of B.A.S.S. from about the same time. My hobbies include, but are not limited to, shooting, fishing, canoeing/kayaking, hiking and enjoying the occasional glass of whisky.

Greetings and Salutations from Western NC! I live in Hendersonville ("Hooterville"). I work for the U.S. Army as a career civilian employee. I love to hunt. I compete in Highpower Service Rifle and Precision Pistol (Bullseye), when I get the chance to "get away" from work. Which isn't very often..... (sigh.)
